be ready before they come.
ICE Preparedness.
For California employers who need to be ready — not scrambling. Bilingual training, written protocols, and senior HR support for before, during, and after an ICE workplace visit.
Includes written protocol, bilingual manager training, and one follow-up.
For the operators who already know this is real.
If your workforce is even partially immigrant, mixed-status, or first-gen — you already know this is a real risk. The question is whether your team knows what to do when it happens.
I work with California employers, especially in cannabis, food service, retail, hospitality, and small business, to put real protocols in place. Bilingual. Manager-trained. Documented. Ready.
What you get.
- Written ICE workplace protocol customized to your operation
- Bilingual manager training on what to do during a visit
- Employee-facing communication and rights education
- I-9 and document compliance review
- Front-of-house and back-of-house specific scripts
- Spanish-language materials for your team
- One follow-up review after delivery
How it works.
We start with an intake call to understand your operation, workforce composition, and current state. From there I build a written protocol specific to your business, run a bilingual manager training session (in person in CA or remote), and deliver employee-facing materials.
For most small businesses this is a one-time engagement. For larger operations or operators in higher-risk industries (cannabis, hospitality), an ongoing retainer makes sense.
